Wrongful deduction from Exgratia payment in Sultanpur SSA - CHQ of BSNLEU demands immediate refund.

The UP (East) circle administration has wrongly deducted a sizable amount from the Exgratia payment of 17 VRS retirees in Sultanpur SSA. This deduction has been made in the name of penal interest for non-taking insurance coverage for the HBA. The CHQ of BSNLEU has informed the Management that this is a wrongful deduction and is demanding refund of the entire amount. Today, the CHQ of BSNLEU has once again written letter to the PGM(Estt.), BSNL CO., demanding immediate refund of the deducted amount.
