Violation of DoP&T orders on Child Care Leave in Punjab circle – BSNLEU writes to the Sr.GM(Estt.), BSNL CO., demanding implementation of the DoP&T rules.

Child Care Leave (CCL) has been implemented to help the women employees to take better care of their children and family. All orders issued by the DoP&T, regarding Child Care Leave, is applicable to women employees working in BSNL. However, the Amritsar district administration has imposed many unwanted conditions, in availing CCL. This is violation of the DoP&T orders. BSNLEU has written to the Sr.GM(Estt.), BSNL CO., yesterday, demanding to issue necessary instruction to the CGM, Punjab circle, to implement the DoP&T orders in letter and spirit.
