Unilateral introduction of the new JTO RR by the Management – BSNLEU records it’s protest.

The BSNL Management has unilaterally introduced the new JTO RR on 31.12.2022. Even though JTO is an Executive cadre, 50% of the JTO posts are filled up from the Non-Executive cadres. No Executive is promoted to the JTO cadre. As such, any change made in the JTO RR will have far reaching implications in the career progression of the Non-Executives. Hence, BSNLEU has written to the Director (HR) today, expressing it’s protest on this matter.
