Transfer of JEs - non-implementation of it's own order, by the NE-II circle administration - CHQ writes to the Director (HR).

All know that NE-II circle is having remote and far-flung regions. Hence, the JEs posted in NE-II circle, are entitled for transfer to the other SSAs of the circle, on completion of two years. The CGM, NE-II, after discussion with the Union, has issued guidelines in this regard. However, the JEs posted in the far-flung areas of NE-II circle, are not getting transfer to other SSAs, even after completion of their tenure. Many letters written by the circle union of BSNLEU, NEII circle, have fallen in deaf years. Hence, the CHQ has taken up this issue and has written to the Director (HR), demanding his immediate intervention.
