Top guns of BSNL Management blazing to save BTEU leaders.

Every now and then, Management gives instruction to the employees that, they should not bring political influence to settle their problems, like transfers and postings. However, the Management itself does not follow this instruction. Often, the Management carries out the instructions of their political bosses. In the Visakhapatnam district of Andhra Pradesh circle, transfer orders are issued to some employees, which include a few BTEU leaders. The Visakhapatnam district administration says that, the transfer orders are issued as per Rules. However, the BTEU leaders want the transfer orders to be somehow cancelled. Hence, the top guns of the Corporate Management have started blazing now, to cancel the transfer orders of the BTEU leaders. BSNLEU is repeatedly highlighting the sexual harassments taking place at Ludhiana district. But, the top guns of the Corporate Management lack the guts or intent to interfere on this matter. Many HR issues of the employees are hanging fire. However, the top guns of the Management neither have time nor keenness to settle those issues. But, they have the guts, time and keenness to interfere in the transfer issue of BTEU leaders. We cannot use the word shameless here, to describe the attitude of the Management, because the Parliament has now told that “shameless” is an unparliamentary word.
