Tamil Nadu circle organises a highly inspiring “thanks giving cum victory celebration” meeting at Madurai..

BSNLEU organised a massive “thanks giving cum 9^th MV victory celebration meeting” at Madurai, yesterday the 11-11-2022. Around 300 comrades participated in this meeting from various parts of Tamil Nadu circle. Com.Babu Radhakrishnan, Circle President, presided over and Com.P.Raju, Circle Secretary, welcomed. The meeting was addressed by Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, Com.S.Chellappa, AGS, Com.P. Indira, All India Convenor, BSNLWWCC, Com.R. Rajasekhar, Circle Secretary, AIBDPA, Com.Berlin Kanakaraj, Circle Convenor, BSNLWWCC, Tamil Nadu circle and Com.M.Syed Ethris, TNTCWU. Addressing the meeting, Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, heartily thanked the employees who had massively voted for BSNLEU. He also thanked and congratulated the leaders and comrades of Tamil Nadu circle who had tirelessly worked for the victory. The General Secretary bitterly criticised the anti-BSNL and anti-worker policies of the Modi government which is delaying 4G, and is denying settlement of Wage Revision and other burning issues like Stagnation. He also blamed the anti-employee measures taken by the Management, which has ruined the promotional prospects of the young employees and deprived livelihood of thousands of contract workers. He assured to unite the entire unions and associations of BSNL for getting settlement of Wage Revision, Stagnation, New Promotion Policy, etc. The meeting ended with vote of thanks from Com.Aslam Basha, circle treasurer.
