Talks held between AUAB and the Directors of BSNL Board – no improvement on important demands – AUAB to wait for one more week.

The AUAB issued a circular on 27.09.2021, containing the decision of the AUAB to organise a Twitter campaign on 06.10.2021 and Black Flag / Black badge wearing demonstrations on 26.10.2021. Following this, a meeting between the leaders of the AUAB and the Directors of the BSNL Board, including the CMD BSNL, was held on 06.10.2021. The meeting lasted for more than 5 hours. However, there is no improvement on important issues. After this meeting, the AUAB met and decided to give one week time for the Management, to come out with solutions for important issues. Accordingly, the AUAB leaders met the Director (HR) yesterday the 07.10.2021, and conveyed the decision of the AUAB. They also made it clear to the Director(HR) that, after one week, the AUAB will go ahead with it's agitational programme.
