Start expeditiously issuing E-SIMs to BSNL customers - BSNLEU writes letter to the CMD BSNL.

BSNL has not yet introduced E-SIMs to it’s customers. At the same time, our competitors, viz., Reliance Jio, Airtel and Vodafone Idea, are issuing E-SIMs to their customers. Many of BSNL’s high-end customers are approaching BSNL Customer Service Centres, demanding to issue E-SIMs. However, the Customer Service Centre employees are in a helpless position. On 23.09.2024 itself, BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL, demanding to issue E-SIMs to it’s customers. However, no action has been taken. Hence, once again, BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL today, requesting to immediately introduce E-SIMs to our customers.
