Restructuring of Manpower – CHQ once again urges upon the circle secretaries and central office bearers to give the requisite inputs to the CHQ.

The BSNL Board has already finalised the Restructuring of Manpower. However, complaints are coming, stating that the manpower in various cadres, as approved by the BSNL Board, is insufficient to run the services. The CHQ has already raised this issue with the CMD BSNL. In this connection, concrete inputs are required from various circles, so that the matter can be discussed with the CMD BSNL for appropriate action. Hence, all the circle secretaries and central office bearers are requested to immediately send the feedback on this matter.
