Removal of discrimination between NEPP and EPP – non-implementation of the decision of the 40th meeting of the National Council – BSNLEU writes letter to the Director (HR)..
As we have already reported, in the last National Council meeting held on 13.01.2025, BSNLEU demanded that the discrimination between NEPP and EPP (Executive Promotion Policy) should be removed. BSNLEU demanded that, the Non-Executives should also get promotion on completion of every 5 years, as it is being given to the Executives. The Chairman of the National Council, i.e., the Director (HR), gave the decision that a Committee would be formed to settle this issue. However, even after the completion of four and half months no committee has been formed. BSNLEU has already written a letter to the Director (HR) on this issue on 17.04.2025. However, no action has been taken. Again, BSNLEU has written letter today, demanding that the Committee should be formed without further delay.
