Provisioning of E-SIMs to BSNL’s mobile customers – BSNLEU writes to the CMD BSNL..

All the private telecom service providers, viz., Airtel, Jio and Vodafone are providing E-SIMs to their mobile customers. Whereas, BSNL has not introduced the system of provisioning E-SIMs to its customers so far. High-end customers of BSNL are coming to the Customer Service Centres and are demanding E-SIM. However, our employees in the Customer Service Centres are in a helpless position. Hence those customers are leaving BSNL. In view of this, BSNLEU has written letter to the CMD BSNL today, demanding the provisioning of E-SIMs to our customers.
