Promotions and additional increments of sports personnel put in cold storage by the Corporate Office - BSNLEU writes to the CMD BSNL demanding to release them without delay.

The BSNL Management has put in place a Career Progression Policy, for motivating the sports personnel working in BSNL. According to this policy, promotions and additional increments are to be given to the sports personnel, who achieve excellence.  However, the Corporate Office has put this Career Progression Policy in cold storage. Promotions and additional increments are not being granted to the deserving sports personnel for the past many years. Hence, BSNLEU has written to the CMD BSNL, requesting him to intervene and to ensure that the promotions and additional increments are released without further delay.
