Petrol and diesel prices likely to increase further in India, due to the US sanction imposed on Iran.

The US imperialism is bullying Iran. It has already imposed sanctions on it. It has ordered that no country should import oil from Iran. It is deplorable that the government of India has announced that from today onwards, it will also follow the dictate given by the US imperialism, and will not import crude oil from Iran. As a result of this decision, petrol and diesel prices will further increase in India. Petrol is already being sold at Rs. 73 in New Delhi, whereas, it is only Rs.46.22 in Pakistan and Rs.51 in Srilanka. This is because, government of India has imposed high tax on petrol and diesel. If the price of diesel further increases in India, due to the sanction imposed on Iran, by the US, then the prices of all the commodities will also increase. The common man is going to be the sufferer.
