Payment of Special Concessions and Incentives to the employees posted in the Kashmir Valley..

There is inordinate delay in the payment of Special Concessions and Incentives to the employees posted in the Kashmir Valley. The reason is that, the order issued by the DoP&T on this matter, has not been endorsed by the DoT so far. BSNLEU is continuously pursuing this issue. Today, once again Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, spoke to the ADG of the PAT section in the DoT and discussed about the endorsement to be issued by the DoT.  The ADG assured that, the endorsement by the DoT would be issued within a day or two.
