Organise submission of memorandum to the Labour Commissioners on 08th September, 2020 - call given by BSNL CCWF..

The BSNL Casual Contract Workers' Federation (BSNL CCWF) has successfully organised a two day relay hunger strike on 25th & 26th August, 2020, demanding payment of the 13 months’ wage arrears of the contract workers and opposing the retrenchment of contract workers in a massive way, through outsourcing.  As the next course of action, the BSNL CCWF has given a call for submitting a memorandum to the Chief Labour Commissioner, Deputy Labour Commissioner and the Assistant Labour Commissioner.

 As all of us are aware, the contract workers in BSNL are being treated very cruelly by the BSNL Management. As such, it has become the bounden duty of BSNLEU to raise it’s voice against the retrenchment of the contract workers and compelling the Management to make payment of the 13 months’ wage arrears. The CHQ of BSNLEU calls upon all the circle and district unions to compulsorily organise this programme of submitting memorandum to all the Deputy Labour Commissioners and Assistant Labour Commissioners, in coordination with the BSNL CCWF.
