Non-reconstitution of Circle / Local Councils – BSNLEU writes to the Director (HR).

It has been brought to the notice of the CHQ that Circle Councils are not yet reconstituted in many circles. Reconstitution of the National Council, Circle Council and Local Council should be done immediately after the Membership Verification. Even though the 9^th Membership Verification was completed almost a year ago, it has been brought to the notice of the CHQ that Circle and Local Councils are not reconstituted in many circles. The CGMs of those circles are blatantly violating the Rules on the matter. Hence, BSNLEU has written letter to the Director (HR) today, demanding immediate reconstitution of all the Circle Councils and Local Councils.
