Non-implementation of the National Council decision on illegal recovery of EPF contribution arrears.

In the 35^th meeting of the National Council held on 11.05.2017, the Staff Side demanded that illegal recovery should not be made from the employees on account of EPF contribution arrears. A direction was given by the Chairperson that the provisions of the EPF Act should be implemented in this regard. However, even after 7 months, Corporate Office has not taken any decision. BSNLEU has written to the Director (HR) for implementation of the decision.
