Non-implementation of the GTI to the Non-Executives – BSNLEU expresses it’s deep resentment to the Director (HR).

Even at the time when the BSNL Management contemplated to introduce Group Term Insurance (GTI) to the Executives, BSNLEU strongly demanded that, the same should be implemented to the Non-Executives also. The issue was also raised in the 37^th National Council meeting, held on 20^th November, 2018. It was replied in that meeting that, the GTI would be implemented to the Non-Executives, soon after it was implemented to the Executives. GTI is already implemented to the Executives in 2019. Still, it is not implemented to the Non-Executives. BSNLEU has written to the Director (HR), expressing it’s deep resentment over the non-implementation of the GTI to the Non-Executives and has demanded it’s immediate implementation.
