Non-holding of the LICEs – Management in deep slumber - BSNLEU once again writes to the CMD BSNL.

It is already one and half years, since the VRS is implemented and around 80,000 employees are sent home. However, the BSNL Management has still not completed it's calculation (Restructuring), to find out how many employees are required in each cadre, to run the Company. As a result, holding of the various LICEs is greatly delayed, which is jeopardising the career progression of the Non-Executives. It is needless to sate that the BSNL Management is in a deep slumber. Hence, BSNLEU has once again written to the CMD BSNL, demanding to take action for holding the LICEs.
