Non-declaration of JTO LICE results in Punjab circle – BSNLEU once again writes to the Director (HR), requesting the expedite the legal action.

BSNLEU is continuously taking up the problem of non-declaration of JTO LICE results in Punjab circle, for the VY 2014-15. The declaration of the results is being delayed due to complex legal issues. However, due to the continuous efforts taken by BSNLEU, the Management has filed an MA in the Hon’ble CAT, Chandigarh, seeking permission to declare the results. However, this MA has not come up for hearing in the Court. Hence, BSNLEU has once again written to the Director (HR), requesting him to take appropriate action for expediting the legal process.
