Non-declaration of JTO LICE results and unwarranted restrictions imposed in the availing of Child Care Leave – case of Punjab circle.

Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, spoke to Shri Saurabh Tyagi, Sr.GM(Estt.) today, and drew his attention to the following two issues:-

(a)   Non-declaration of JTO LICE results in Punjab circle.

(b)   Unwarranted restrictions imposed in the availing of Child Care Leave (CCL) in Punjab circle.

The General Secretary told the Sr.GM(Estt.) that, the understanding reached in the Formal Meeting held between the Director (HR) and BSNLEU, regarding the non-declaration of the JTO LICE results in Punjab circle, has not been implemented. The General Secretary also complained that, unwarranted restrictions are being imposed in  Amritsar district, in the availing of Child Care Leave, which is violation of the DoP&T orders. The Sr.GM(Estt.) assured that, necessary action would be taken speedily on both the issues.
