NFPE and P-3 Union derecognised for continuously fighting against the destructive policy of the government to convert the Postal Department into a corporation and thereafter to privatise.

Com.Tapan Sen, General Secretary, CITU, has issued a strong statement against the derecognition of NFPE and P-3 Union on frivolous grounds. He has stated that, NFPE and P-3 Union, which are having 70% membership among the postal employees, are consistently fighting against the efforts of the government to corporatise the Postal Department and subsequently to privatise it. Hence, the derecognition of NFPE and P-3 Union is nothing but revengeful action against these organisations which are fighting to protect the interests of the postal employees. Com.Tapan Sen has demanded immediate restoration of Recognition to NFPE and P-3 Union.
