Membership change window open from 16.06.2026 to 15.07.2026 – Circle and District Secretaries requested to take proper care on the subject.

The Corporate Office has issued the annual notification for change of membership subscription to unions and associations in BSNL. For Non-Executives, the membership option window in the ERP ESS Portal will remain open from 16.06.2026 to 15.07.2026 as per the existing procedure. All Circle Secretaries and District Secretaries are requested to maintain close contact with members during this period and ensure maximum retention of membership. The actual membership strength as on 16.07.2026 should be reported to CHQ immediately.
