Meeting with GM(Rectt.).

Com Swapan Chakraborty,Dy.GS and com Ramesh Chand(Org.Secy) met Ms Samita Luthra,GM(Rectt) today and didcuss the following issues.

1. Review of 50%JE LICE held on 28.01.2018 and to declare the result.

The union representatives apprised the GM(Rectt.) about the wrong answer keys, multiple correct answers, out of syllabus questions and also questions of high standards in the 50% JE LICE that held on 28.01.2018. They informed that the matter has already been brought to the notice of the Dir(HR) with supporting documents for necessary actions. Therefore, it is requested to take immediate corrective measures to give full marks to those questions after review and to declare the result at the earliest.

The GM (Rectt.) informed that they have received the letter of the union with documents and an expert committee has already been setup to review it. It is also assured that the final result will be released shortly.

2. To announce the date for conducting the special exam for draughtsman to JTO as decided in the 35th National Council.

It is informed by the GM(Rectt.) that the Architect wing of corporate office has given their requisition for the said but it has yet to come from Civil Wing. The union representatives request the GM to take personal initiative to get requisition from civil wing and to conduct the exam without further loss of time. The GM (Rectt.) assured to look into the matter.
