Massive dharna at CGM office, Tamil Nadu circle..

Tamil Nadu circle union of BSNLEU and TNTCWU are continuously organising agitational programmes against the severe deterioration of services in the circle, which has arisen due to the mindless retrenchment of the contract workers and the indiscriminate outsourcing of works. The CGM, Tamil Nadu circle has thrown to the winds, the assurances that he had given to the union on 05^th November, 2020. Hence, demanding immediate action to improve the services, as well as to implement the assurances given by the CGM, Tamil Nadu circle, BSNLEU and TNTCWU are conducting continuous agitational programmes. In this connection, a massive dharna is organised today at the CGM Office, Tamil Nadu circle. 700 regular employees, contract workers and pensioners have participated in this programme. Leaders of SNEA, AIBSNLEA, NFTE and AIBDPA, greeted the comrades and expressed their solidarity with the agitation.
