Management calls for talks on PLI issue, in the eleventh hour.

Today morning at 08:30 hrs, GS, BSNLEU, got a call from the DGM(SR), stating that a discussion on PLI issue would be held at 12:30 hrs today, with the GM(SR). General Secretary is in Kolkata, attending the circle conference of Kolkata Telephones circle. The Dy. GS is also not in Delhi. Hence, General Secretary has requested the GM(SR) to hold the discussion on Monday, i.e., on 16-10-2017. Management must try to call the unions for discussion, by giving sufficient notice, and to avoid eleventh hour intimations.
