Management calls for option from retirees, for medical allowance.

The BSNL Management has decided to call for fresh option from the retirees to avail the medical cash allowance facility for the financial year 2020-21 in a requisite format, along with the following details: -

1. Option Form (including dependents self certification).
2. Updated bank details.
3. PAN Card (self attested photocopy).
4. Cancelled cheque (in original).
5. Address Proof.
6. Working Mobile Number plus one additional mobile number.
