Lack of progress in submitting memorandum to the MPs..

The AUAB has given a call to submit  memorandum to all the MPs in the country, highlighting the road-blocks being caused in rolling out BSNL’s 4G service and also highlighting the delay in implementing the assurances given in BSNL’s Revival Package. 

Submitting memorandum to the MPs is an important part of mobilising the public opinion in favour of BSNL’s revival and survival. However, it is disappointing to note that, a very few circles only are carrying this task.  Being the biggest trade union in BSNL, the circle and district secretaries of BSNLEU have more responsibility in organising the submission of memorandum to the MPs. 

Hence, the CHQ calls upon all the circle and district secretaries of BSNLEU to swing into action and to complete the job of submitting memorandum to the MPs in their respective circle / district. In view of the lack of progress in submitting the memorandum, the AUAB is contemplating to extend the time limit. A decision in this connection may be announced tomorrow.
