Labour Law Amendment Bills passed with abnormal haste in the Lok Sabha.

With abnormal haste, the Lok Sabha has passed the Labour Law Amendments yesterday. Three Labour Code Bills, have been passed, to snatch away the hard-won rights of the workers. They are :-

(a) Occupational Safety, Health & Working Condition Code. 

(b) Code on Industrial Relations. 

(c) Code on Social Security. 

The above bills will throw more than 74% of the Industrial Workers and 70% of the Industrial Establishments into the “Hire & Fire Regime”. The capitalists and the corporates will hire and fire the workers at their will. Formation of trade unions will become extremely difficult. A virtual ban will be imposed on the workers' right to go on strike.

The working class of this country are left with no option now, but to fight against this Labour Law Amendments.
