JTO training of the left out candidates - BSNLEU requests the PGM(Estt.) to arrange their training after a few months..

The candidates who emerged successful in the JTO LICE held on 08-09-2024 are sent for the JTO training recently. However a section of the DR JEs did not join this training. This is because, their 1st promotion under NEPP is becoming due within a few months and they will lose this promotion due to the posting as JTO. Hence, they requested for postponement of their JTO training by a few months. Many candidates have sent their representations to the Corporate Office. BSNLEU has already taken up this issue with the Corporate Office, by writing letter to Shri S.P.Singh, PGM(Estt.). Today, Com.Animesh Mitra, President and Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, met Shri S.P.Singh, PGM(Estt) and discussed this issue. They demanded that, the training of these officials should start after a few months. The PGM(Estt.) assured that, needful action would be taken in this connection.
