Institutional mechanism to be put in place to monitor implementation of the assurances.

In the meeting held between Hon’ble MoS(C) on 03.12.2018, the representatives of the AUAB complained that there is no mechanism to review the implementation of whatever assurances given in respect of the demands raised by the AUAB. In this regard, it was assured by the DoT that an institutional mechanism would be put in place to make the monitoring. Accordingly, in the record of discussion, issued by the DoT, with regards to the meeting held on 03.12.2018, it is stated an institutional mechanism would be put in place by the DoT and the BSNL to monitor implementation of the decisions taken.
