Improve the quality of BSNL's 4G service at the earliest - BSNLEU writes letter to the CMD BSNL.
BSNLEU's circle secretaries and central office bearers, who participated in the online CEC meeting of BSNLEU, held on 12-01-2025, expressed their extreme dissatisfaction about the quality of BSNL's 4G service. The CEC members pointed out that, the customers were getting at least good quality voice service, before 4G service was started. However, after the starting of BSNL's 4G service, customers are neither getting good quality voice service nor data service. Further, our employees are also facing the anger of the customers, due to the extremely poor quality of BSNL's 4G service. Hence, the CHQ of BSNLEU has written a letter to the CMD BSNL today, communicating the views expressed by the CEC members and also requesting to take remedial action at the earliest, for improving the quality of BSNL's 4G service.
