Implement Wage Revision of BSNL employees - BSNLEU writes letter to the Hon'ble Minister of Communications, citing report of the Parliamentary Committee on Public Undertakings.

It is a very significant development that, the Parliamentary Committee on Public Undertakings has strongly taken up with the government, the issue of Wage Revision of BSNL Employees. The government has replied that Wage Revision of BSNL employees is not possible, in view of the financial condition of the Company. However, even thereafter, the Committee on Public Undertakings has told that, the government should consider implemention of Wage Revision of BSNL employees. In this background, BSNLEU has written a letter to the Hon'ble Minister of Communications, citing the report of the Parliamentary Committee on Public Undertakings, and has demanded implementation of wage revision immediately.
