Hike in tariffs by JIO, Vodafone and Airtel Companies - Advantage to BSNL

The BSNLEU CHQ is receiving reports from various Circles that the subscribers of JIO, Vodafone and Airtel are turning towards BSNL, due to heavy increase in tariff by these operators. This creates a unique opportunities to BSNL, to regain our market share and strengthen our customers base. But, to capitalize this opportunity, we have to gear up and to the needs of customer’s expectations. Our immediate focus should be on ensuring robust maintenance of our existing infrastructure to provide uninterrupted and high quality services.  We must also improve our customers’ service operations to handle increase queries and support their needs effectively.
