During the same period, Mukesh Ambani's Reliance Jio has lost 40 lakh customers. This is a morale boosting for BSNL and a setback for Reliance Jio. The high tariff increase by the private telecom companies and also news about BSNL's 4G launching, are the reasons behind this development. BSNL Management and the employees have to take all out efforts, to sustain this migration of customers from private telecom companies to BSNL.
