Failure of Sanchar Soft server at Trichy - BSNLEU seeks the intervention of the CMD BSNL.

The Sanchar Soft server, working at Trichy, and which is catering the entire South India, has failed since 21.12.2018. This has resulted in disruption of BSNL’s sale of SIM, provisioning of MNP, etc. BSNLEU has taken this to the notice of the CMD BSNL, and demanded his immediate intervention. In reply, the CMD BSNL has informed that action has been taken in this regard, as a result of which Sanchar Soft is restored.
