Facility of ‘Immunity from Transfers’ is entitled not only for the first term, but also for the subsequent terms – GS, BSNLEU, requests the PGM(SR) to implement the Corporate Office order already issued on this matter.

Com.P.Abhimanyu, GS, once again held telephonic conversation with Ms. Anita Johri, PGM(SR) today, on the issue of extending the facility of ‘Immunity from Transfers’ to the officer bearers of BSNLEU. This conversation took place in continuation of the letter written by BSNLEU to the Director (HR) yesterday. The General Secretary, BSNLEU, insisted that the Management should implement the letter already issued by the Corporate Office, which states that, the facility of ‘Immunity from Transfers’ is entitled to the office bearers of the Recognised Unions not only for the first term but also for the subsequent terms. The PGM(SR) assured look into it and to take the needful action.
