Discrimination between the Absorbed and Directly Recruited employees in the NEPP – BSNLEU once again writes to the CMD BSNL, requesting to remove the discrimination expeditiously.
BSNLEU is continuously taking efforts to remove the discrimination contained in the NEPP, between the absorbed employees and the Directly Recruited employees. While the employees absorbed from the DoT get the 1st and 2nd upgradations under NEPP, on completion of 4 years and 7 years, the Directly Recruited employees get their 1st and 2nd upgradations only on completion of 8 years each. This issue is already taken up with the CMD BSNL on 09.05.2022. It is also discussed in the Formal Meeting held with the Director (HR) on 13.06.2022. Again BSNLEU has written to the CMD BSNL today, requesting him to immediately remove the discrimination.
