Disciplinary / Vigilance case arising after the due date of upgradation under NEPP, will not affect the promotion – BSNL Corporate Office issues letter, accepting BSNLEU's demand.

Citing the guideline issued by Corporate Office, BSNLEU has written to the Sr.GM(Estt.), demanding that, Disciplinary / Vigilance cases which arose after the due date for upgradation under NEPP, should not affect the promotion of the official. Accepting the demand of BSNLEU, the Corporate Office has issued guideline today to all the CGMs in this respect. It is also mentioned in that letter, that past cases coming under this guideline, should also be reviewed.
