Denial of Presidential Orders to the TSMs who are directly promoted as Telecom Technicians – BSNLEU once again writes to the Director (HR).

BSNLEU is continuously trying to get Presidential Orders issued for around 400 TSMs who had directly been promoted as Telecom Technicians. After much delay, the file was sent to the DoT. However, the DoT has returned the file to BSNL, without applying it’s mind properly. The affected employees are retiring. BSNLEU has written to the Director (HR) BSNL, requesting to take up this issue once again with the highest level of the DoT.
