Demand for the next date of 3rd PRC - BSNLEU demanded to accept the union views to change the four pay scales which was raised in the last Wage Negotiation Committee meeting.

It is about 2 months passed since the last meeting of Wage Negotiation Committee held on 30^th June, 2025. Even, the Management did not convey the decision on the union demand for changing the four pay scales. After pursuing the matter with CMD BSNL and Director (HR), now it has learnt that effective persuasion is going on at appropriate level for holding the meeting without further delay. In this week, Com.Animesh Mitra, GS, met several officers at Corporate Office and conveyed the staff resentment in this regard.
