CHQ is extremely saddened to hear that, Com.S.C. Bhattacharya, former Chhattisgarh Circle Secretary of BSNLEU, as well as the CHQ Treasurer, has passed away in a Raipur hospital at 11:45 hrs. today. He has been suffering from renal failure and has been under treatment in the hospital. Com.S.C. Bhattacharya has contributed immensely to establish and strengthen BSNLEU in Chhattisgarh circle. His function as the CHQ Treasurer is also praiseworthy. CHQ dips its banner and pays respectful homage to Com.S.C. Bhattacharya.
