Committee to review the “Cluster Based Outsourcing System” – online meeting to be held today to hear the views of the unions and associations.

The BSNL Management has formed a Committee to review the “Cluster Based Outsourcing System”. This committee was formed after repeated complaints were levelled by the unions and associations that, the quality of landline and broadband services has seriously deteriorated after the implementation of the “Cluster Based Outsourcing System”. BSNLEU has already submitted a detailed note to the members of the Committee, demanding the scrapping of the “Cluster Based Outsourcing System”. In this connection, an online meeting will be held at 15:00 hrs. today, wherein the Committee members (Management Side) will hear the views of the unions and associations.
