BSNLEU writes to the Director (HR) on the inordinate delay in issuing Presidential Orders to the TSMs who directly became Telecom Mechanics.

There are certain officials, who are issued with TSM status prior to 01.10.2000, and they are subsequently promoted directly as Telecom Mechanics. BSNLEU has been demanding that these officials should also be issued with Presidential Orders. However, the Establishment Branch of the Corporate Office has called for inputs from various circles, and only few circles have responded. The issue is lingering on for a very long time. BSNLEU has once again written to the Director (HR) demanding to immediately intervene on this issue.
