BSNLEU written letter to the CMD BSNL today, expressing concerns over the failure of BSNL's 4G & MAAN project with Tejas Networks, which aimed to enhance 4G capabilities using the 700 MHz band. This failure has significantly impacted our service efficiency and stakeholders, including rescheduling exams at IIT Bombay. Additionally, over 50% of mobile handsets do not support this 700 MHz band, complicating our 4G rollout. We urge a thorough project assessment, efficient resource allocation, strengthening internal capabilities, and strategic reassessment to address these issues and ensure BSNL's sustained growth and service quality.
