BSNLEU seeks appointment with the Director (HR) to discuss certain issues.

BSNLEU has written letter to the Director (HR) today, requesting to give appointment for a meeting to discuss the following items.

1. Requesting to break the deadlock prevailing in the negotiations for the Wage Revision of the Non-executives.
2. Requesting to review the norms for the sanctioning of posts in various cadres, in respect of circles having hilly and far-flung terrains.
3. Lack of fairplay and transparency in the selection of coaches by the Sports Cell of the Corporate Office.
4. Directing the Non-Executives to mark attendance through Mobile App in Kerala circle – BSNLEU strongly opposes it.
5. JTO(OL) LICE held in February, 2024- requesting to consider posting the willing qualified candidates in other circles where posts remain unfilled.
6. Hardships experienced by the candidates in the recently conducted LICEs.
