Breakthrough in conducting the Special JTO LICE for the Draftsman cadre.

It has been a long time demand of BSNLEU that, a Special JTO LICE should be conducted for the Draftsman cadre. A decision for this was taken in the 26th meeting of the National Council, held on 27^th February, 2012. It is already 12 years since this decision was taken. Due to various reasons, this decision of the National Council was not implemented. However, BSNLEU was consistently pressing on the Management to honour the decision taken in the National Council, by way of conducting the Special JTO LICE for the Draftsman cadre. The issue is continuously taken up by BSNLEU, with the Director (HR), PGM(Estt.) and the CGM (BW). Finally, breakthrough has been achieved on this issue. The CGM (BW) has informed the General Secretary, BSNLEU, that necessary approval has been taken for the number of vacancies for which the Special JTO LICE for the Draftsman cadre is to be conducted. Now, this approval will be communicated to the PGM(Rectt. & Trng.), who will initiate action for holding the Special JTO LICE for the Draftsman cadre. Today, BSNLEU has written a letter to the PGM(Rectt. & Trng.), to hold this exam expeditiously.
