AUAB writes to the CMD BSNL, opposing the latter's proposal for the reduction of the retirement age from 60 years to 58 years.

The AUAB has already expressed it's strong opposition to the proposal of the BSNL Management, made secretly to the DoT, to reduce the retirement age of the BSNL employees from 60 years to 58 years. In continuation of this, the AUAB has written to the CMD BSNL, cautioning that the AUAB would be forced to go on struggles, if the BSNL Management tries to violate the decision of the Government of India, as well as the assurance of the Hon'ble MoS(C) on the matter.
