Assistant Solicitor General informs Hon'ble Kerala High Court that the IDA freezing is not applicable to Non-Executives.

The writ petition no.29212/2020, filed by BSNLEU in the Hon’ble High Court of Kerala, against the freezing of three instalments of IDAs to the Non-Executives, came up for hearing today. The Assistant Solicitor General filed a statement in the Hon’ble Court, stating that that the freezing of IDA is not applicable to the Non-Executive employees. However, the Counsel who appeared on behalf of BSNL sought two weeks’ time for filing his counter affidavit. The Hon’ble Court accepted it and the case has been adjourned for two weeks.
