Anti-worker and pro-corporate 4 Labour Codes – BSNLEU organising online meeting on 25.03.2025.

The Central Government is taking all out efforts to implement the notorious 4 Labour Codes. All the 29 Labour Laws of India have been abolished by Modi government and in their place, these 4 Labour Codes being put in place. The intention of these 4 Labour Codes is to convert the workers into slaves, by curtailing their trade union rights. This is being done to facilitate the employers and the big corporates to endlessly exploit the workers for maximising their profits. The 10 Central Trade Unions are opposing these 4 Labour Codes tooth and nail. The All India Centre meeting of BSNLEU has taken decision to organise an online meeting to educate our comrades about the 4 Labour Codes. As per this decision, an online meeting will be held at 8 pm on 25.03.2025. Com.K.N.Umesh, National Secretary, CITU, will address the meeting in English and in Hindi and will explain about the details of the 4 Labour Codes. The All India Centre meeting has decided that, this online meeting shall be attended by the circle secretaries, CHQ office bearers, circle office bearers, district secretaries and members of the BSNL Working Women’s Coordination Committee (BSNLWWCC). All the circle secretaries are requested to ensure that the circle office bearers, district secretaries and BSNLWWCC members of their respective circles attend this meeting without fail.
